Leadership
Redeeming Hope Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team.
Tony Foley
Elder
Michael Brackney
Elder
Keith Guddeman
Elder
Russ King
Elder
Russ became a Christian in April of 2001 during a spiritual weekend called A Walk to Emmaus. In addition to attending Bible Study Fellowship, Russ has been part of several small groups (and large one’s too) and has seen countless lives changed by experiencing groups that share their lives in community through the lens of God’s Word.
Russ is married to Sharon, has two married daughters and three step daughters. Altogether Russ and Sharon have twelve grandchildren.
Russ has worked as a financial advisor since 1973 and continues to work in a semi retired capacity.
John Roherig
Elder
John and Doreen have been blessed to find RHC in the summer of 2022. John became an Elder for the church in 2023 and currently serves as the chairman of the elder board.
John became a believer at a business function in 1986 and spent several years growing in his faith.
John and Doreen are a “Brady Bunch” family since this is the second marriage for both. Doreen is divorced and John is a widower.
Between the two of them, they have 7 children and 14 grandchildren.
John and Doreen believe that God had his hand in them coming to RHC and for this they are very grateful.
In addition we host a Flocks group where we have up to 60 people attend.
Pastor Dan McGhee
Senior Pastor
Husband to Julie. Father of Kaylee, DJ, and Sydney. Grandfather to Eden and Rowan. Servant of God. Sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading. Love the Word of God. Committed to saying what is true. Seeking to love Jesus, family, church, neighbor, and nation as I ought. Patriot. Enjoys raising chickens and driving fast cars. Board member of The Liberian Youth Orchestra, LifeWise Academy in Plymouth/Canton, and Michigan Lighthouse Ministries. If the sovereign God allows it, I would rather burn out serving Jesus Christ than wasting time collecting seashells on the beach.

She currently serves on staff for Life Cares Ministry - Great Exchange weekends for Women, Couples weekend for marriages, along with Fit-and-Faith for the health of all people. She seeks to grow in her walk with our Lord daily, and she strives to be the person God created her to be. She also dedicates time to her community, serving as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Lifecare Christian Center and leading Care Ministry efforts. Rusty is excited to continue growing with the Lord, helping to shape the future of others while mentoring and developing women along the way.
Rusty is a loving mother / stepmother to 4 children (Matthew, Allison, Jake, Jon) and 6 Grandkids (Beckett, Hayden, Jordan, Olive, Oakley, Aria). Rusty and Keith her husband (one of the elders at RHC) met 8 years ago doing what we both love, serving the Lord. They have been married for 6 years and counting.
